We are PROUD and EXCITED to announce our Fall Retreat host Instructor Lisa Strahl! Lisa is an art and stamping instructor, stamp designer, former art director of a major stamp company and author. She has had hundreds of projects published in stamping and art magazines, published online tutorials and is an alumni of the Dirty Dozen Design Team on Splitcoaststampers.

Lisa's passion for teaching is all about the process. Lisa designs her classes with the goal of teaching the “how and why” of art products. She believes that creativity is limitless when combined with in depth product knowledge. After years of teaching thousands of students, her greatest joy is to watch the transformation that can take place through the creative process.

Supplies needed for all classes:

second option
-Ranger Distress Embossing ink (if you have it)

they are drying

-if you bring your paint, please put your name on it
-water bottle (not a small mister) to clean your plate
-a piece of muslin or some other cloth that doesn’t leave lint, to clean
your plate, you could also bring baby wipes if you don’t want to use muslin

-household textures, ie. bubble wrap, screen, lace, doilies, old combs,
paint combs, anything that won’t scratch your plate and a container or bin
to keep them in during class
-scrap paper to clean your brayer on or better yet, a mixed media journal
