All orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive notification when your order has shipped. Please note if your order also contains preordered/special order/backordered or out of stock items, the entire order will be held until all items arrive unless you request otherwise in which case additional shipping charges will apply.

We offer $15 flat rate to all orders in BC under $175 before taxes that fit in a standard 14″x14″x2″shipping box. Oversized/overweight items or if your items do not all fit in the box, extra charges may apply. If you live a remote area or have a PO Box extra charges may apply. We will contact you with actual shipping costs if this is the case prior to shipping your order.
Orders over $175 before taxes shipped within BC will be shipped for free if they fit in a 14″x14″x2″ pizza box. If you have over-sized/over-weight items or your order does not fit in this box, postage may apply. If you live in a rural or remote area postage may apply. P.O boxes must be shipped by Canada Post and may require extra shipping charges. We will contact you with actual shipping costs if this is the case prior to shipping your order.
Rest of Canada
All orders under $175 before taxes (shipped in Canada but outside BC) ship for a flat fee of $20 (plus tax) if they fit in a 14″x14″x2″ inch pizza box. If you have over-sized/over-weight items or your order does not fit in this box, extra postage may apply. If you live in a rural or remote area extra postage may apply. P.O boxes must be shipped by Canada Post and may require extra shipping charges. We will contact you with actual shipping costs if this is the case prior to shipping your order.

In-store pickup
You can choose free local pickup at Scrapbook Central BC at 307A 14th St Courtenay BC. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up as soon as possible usually within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please wait until you are notified that your order is ready before coming to pick it up to avoid disappointment.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10 am to 4 pm Tuesday to Friday and 11 am to 4 pm Saturdays excluding holidays and extreme weather events. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
